Breakfast Bacon sandwich on homemade granary   Lunch Chicken noodle soup with granary roll   Evening Meal Carrot & Corriander soup Vegetable curry and garlic bread Big, big slice of chocolate cake   Exercise – I cycled about 3 miles to watch the Underwood Quarter Marathon
