July 7, 2008An unexpected opportunity to be at home on Monday allowed me the opportunity to go for a run with Bunder. About 4 miles around the res and back escapign the rain again. Although my legs were slightly tired after Thursday and Sundays efforts things are getting better on the running front. Woo Hoo!
