An unexpected opportunity to be at home on Monday allowed me the opportunity to go for a run with Bunder.  About 4 miles around the res and back escapign the rain again.  Although my legs were slightly tired after Thursday and Sundays efforts things are getting better on the running front.   Woo Hoo!

I ran for about 6 miles along the canal at Langley Mill on Sunday morning with Mark.  It stayed dry for most of the way – which was nice.  The time was about 52 minutes – which was also nice
