Basic Training – 2
Managed another basic training session yesterday – mountain bike to the local rec ground and 10 (maybe 11, I lost count again – I’m out of practice and out of oxygen
) laps of the ground at the samer pace as previously. Back onto the bike and cycled home the long way round – without Ewan McGregor and mate.

My legs are feeling fine today so maybe some progress but still the same question haunts me? How will I get round 10 miles with 35lbs on my back?
