Homemade Vegetable Soup (thanks Margaret, it was delicious) and 2 slices of dry, white bread
 
Evening
Porridge
Beans on 2 dry, white toast

Todays run (about 4. miles) was around the south of Edinburgh area – http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1802639 around a large hill called Arthurs Seat.  Click here for Wikipedia info on the area.

The weather was just right, cool and sunny and I took a few pics while I was out.
