Miles & Miles
I went running on the 23rd December with Jamie (who is super fit). I lead the way (to keep Jamie from running me into the ground) and managed about 6 – 6.5 miles in about 50 minutes which is not too bad. I then get out of bed at 07:00 on the 28th Dec to run with Bunde and managed a bit further with a time of exactly 1 hour – tired but happy. Bunde has come up with a plan to get me up to 2 hours within 6 weeks – add 10 minutes per week to the weekend run (about 1.25 miles I reckon at the moment) a break after 3 weeks and 1:30 followed by 10 min increases for another 3 weeks. We’ll see how it goes.
