Wors Workout
I’ve decided to drop the daily food update. I’ve dropped it for 2 reasons:
1. It’s a pain to update
2. It’s a bit Bridget Jones for me
So exercise only from here on in.
5/6 miles with Bunde. Tiring and my right knee is playing up again.
. Grass cutting and raking and general gardening including the thinning of our carrots from greenhouse to open soil – wonder how this is going to work out.
