50% Extra Free (Well Sort Of Free)
I managed to get out at lunchtime in between the icy showers that were lashing down around that time.
I managed 15 laps of the rec today hence the 50% Extra but they weren’t free – the last 2 laps were hard work and it was a struggle to keep going but I did and it’s done now so onwards and upwards…..
