Times Don’t Matter Yet

As I was working from home today I took the opportunity to load a backpack with 20 lbs of weight to get the feel of it and I’ve been sat coding away with the backpack on – shoulders and back are feeling it – how am I going to get round?

Same route as Monday, same kind of pace and an accurate count of 10 laps resulted in a a time of about 18 minutes. I think this means that my previous sessions have been either slower or further – I’ll take further

As I read this back, there’s one thing I must get in my head.
